Drag n' Drop data manipulation tool

I want to create a drag and drop boxes interface that talks at the back end with an excel worksheet. Each box would link to a particular data table and the connectors between the boxes (which also need to be coded) would be the equivalent of formulae in excel. Inside each box would be This would enable a user to link the data tables with each other. The attached worksheet shows an example of how two INPUTS relate to each other, and how you get a RESULT from the two INPUTS.
