I am looking for a freelancer who can help me convert a large number of scanned PDFs into a spreadsheet. The ideal candidate should have experience with data entry and organization. Key requirements for the project include: - Converting approx 400 PDFs into a spreadsheet with approximately 400 records. 5 fields (information categories) per record. - Transferring the data from the PDFs to the spreadsheet in an organized manner. Some of the data is across more than one PDF, some is within one PDF, so you'll need to check as you go that you don't miss any information. - Categorizing the data in the spreadsheet according to specific criteria Skills and experience required: - Proficiency in data entry and organization - Familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) - Attention to detail and accuracy in transferring data from PDFs to spreadsheets - Ability to categorize and organize data effectively If you have experience working with scanned PDFs and are skilled in data organization, please reach out with your portfolio and relevant experience.
