Need to combine multiple workbooks found in a Folder (Folder_Name) with multiple spreadsheets (eg: SheetA, SheetB, SheetC, SheetD) need to be combined in a Master workbook ([login to view URL]) within that same directory (Folder).
Conditions:
1) The Name of the Master File Name should contain the name of the folder where the workbooks are located. eg: c:\data\20160401 folder would result in the resulting workbook having the name "[login to view URL]"
2) All the workbooks have the same spreadsheet structure names (eg: SheetA, SheetB, SheetC, SheetD) but different file (workbook names).
3) The resulting [login to view URL] workbook should contain an "appended" / combined worksheet that accumulates all the corresponding exact named spreadsheets of all the other workbooks.
EG: SheetA in the [login to view URL] must contain the appended / combination of all the SheetA's of all the Workbooks found in the directory.
SheetB in the [login to view URL] must contain the appended / combination of all the SheetB's of all the Workbooks found in the directory.
etc. until SheetD.
4) The Workbook structure is fixed in all Workbooks in the folder. (eg: each workbook contains the exact worksheet names - example: SheetA, SheetB, SheetC, SheetD)
6) Each Worksheet contains a table where the first row has the header with the data. (eg: SheetA has fixed columns x, Sheet B has fixed columns y, Sheet C has fixed columns z), where the column headers are in row A.
7) VBA source to be run in Excel 2013.
An example can be uploaded if necessary having generic names as follows:
[login to view URL]: SheetA, SheetB, SheetC, SheetD
[login to view URL]: SheetA, SheetB, SheetC, SheetD
[login to view URL]: SheetA, SheetB, SheetC, SheetD
and each Sheet containing sample data columns like:
Sheet A of [login to view URL] would contain:
Col A, ColB, ColC, ColD
wb1shAcolAdata1, wb1shAcolBdata1, wb1shAcolCdata1,wb1shAColDdata1
so at the end the resulting Master workbook could be tested to contain the combined data in each worksheet.
