Need Macro and function assistance in Excel

I need a couple of macro's written as well as an expert to assist in excel operations. (4 tasks in all) #1 - I need a macro created that will prompt the user to assign a filecode value and then add the filecode and the sequence no# to the first right available column (Ex. of filecode and seqno - "INPUTFILE_000000001"), save the excel (.xls or .xlsx) and then export the file to a .tab delimited file #2 - I need a macro that will prompt the user to browse for a file (whether .tab or .pipe) and import a delimited file (whether .tab, or .pipe) into excel and save all fields as "text" values and save the file as either (.xls or .xlsx) #3 - I need assistance with a conditional function that will add a number together when they are above the value of 9 (Ex. the number 12 will become a value of 3 (as it will add the 1 and the 2 to get the value of 3) #4 - I need assistance with parsing out a number with a single decimal point into 2 values that will go into 2 columns (Ex. 7.9 in column M will parse out into 7 in column N and 9 in Column O)
