I have several excel sheets with hand categories like [login to view URL] I need someone who understands the hand ranking in poker or how poker plays. In this example i have an excel sheet with 27000 different hand categories. I would like to get an app which removes isomorphic hands. For example 5s4s3s2s is the same hand as 5c4c3c2c. I want to have only the 5s4s3s2s. Another example ThQs3s2s is the same as TcQs3s2s. I want to keep only one. Then i want every cell to be reordered in corrrect order. In the last example Qs is the highest so it should be QsTc3s2s Correct order is A, K, Q, J, T, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 s=spades d=diamonds h=hearts c=clubs The priority of colors are spades, diamonds, clubs, hearts. Two examples, if i have to keep a) AsKsQdJd and AhKhQdJd i want to have the first c) AsKdQcJh or AhKcQdJs i want the first one For the last step i want to seperate each group in different columns depending on the colors, the categories should be 1) quadra suited= ssss 2) triple suited= dsss sdss ssds sssd 3) double suited= ssdd sdsd sdds 4) single suited= ssdc sdsc sdcs dssc dscs dcss 5) rainbow= sdch

hello, [this is not a template/copy-paste bid proposal] i have zero knowledge about Poker or any gamblig stuff, but my solution to this, is as following : 1. i give each order a "card power". "A" has the biggest value and "2" has the lowest from 1 to 13. and the card color also has it's own power from 1 to 4 according to your priority. 2. now each combination has it's own "power combination", when you adds them up, all 4 combination has the total of their value. 3. if you try to compare one hand (4 cards) with another hand (4 cards), each hand has it's own total value, in which you can keep the biggest value i hope that solve the 1st case. for the next step you are mentioned about combination category, i don't understand what you are trying to achieve, but if the goal is having same color (whatever the order, example : KsTs2s5h), then i think it's easy . i hope this is close to what you need
