The worker should: 1. find all Monthly Bulletin of Statistics for Pakistan (for example [login to view URL]) 2. Search in each document the table that contains price data for different pakistani cities. This can be done easily: 1. searching in the document the word "wage"; 2. typically the 2nd or third table reports a long list of goods (from house rent to china goods), which includes different wages (i.e. carpenter wages, unskilled wages etc etc). In the link above it is the table " Intercity Consumer Prices, November, 2014" at page 119 3. Create an excel file that contains the following data: 1st column the name of the city; 2nd column the year of the document; 3rd column the month of the document; and then a column for each good. I am enclosing an example of how this should be done. 4. This should be done for all Monthly Bulletin of Statistics that can be found online (all months between 2014 and 2017 are for sure available, if more years are found it is even better).
