Actionscript Browse() Problem

I have a flash upload form on my website that is working fine except for one small problem. I need to make it so the browse() dialog box stays on top. Right now, if you click "browse", then click somewhere else on the page, then the browse box loses focus and falls behind the window. The code I'm using to bring up the browse box is standard: [login to view URL] = uploadImage; function uploadImage(event:Object):Void { [login to view URL]([{description:"Image Files", extension:"*.gif;*.jpg;*.jpeg;*.png;*.bmp"}]); } I've read that it's supposed to "stay on top", and I've seen this code work for others, but for some reason it's not working for me.
