Flash design for e-learning project

We want illustrations (typically created in Adobe Photoshop) and Flash-animations, that presents the content of manuscripts produced by our company. The manuscripts will be finished by January. The uploaded file contains a sample manuscript from the first three sequences of a different e-elearning course than the one of interest. You will find a link to the implemented e-learning course in the start of the manuscript. We are looking for design work on a similar level for a new course under production. The course we want to produce is on the topic waste disposal, and should be completed by February. We ask the price for production of a typical sequence represented by sequence 1 and 3 in the manuscript. The project will typically be 30-50 sequences total and there will be more courses to produce later on.
