Flash Expert Needed for Flash Site Update

Need an expert Flash developer to implement needed changes for below website. I need a QUICK turnaround - 3 days to get this done. All changes are listed below. Please DO NOT bid if you can't meet the deadline and you don't have the experience. This project is too important for newbies or developers who don't have the time to get it done within the deadline. Communication is essential. We need timely feedback. Please include portfolio of similar Flash work and recommendations. Box 3 (bottom left), titled "the viaJ difference," when you click "read more," the title in that box says "New Services." Change that title to "the viaJ difference." Box 4 (bottom right), "best solutions," when you click "read more," the title in that box says "Best Solutions" Change that title to "best solutions" On About Us Page ... Fix all the "read more" titles to duplicate the titles of the boxes to which they connect, just like on the Home page. Box 2 - (bottom left) Our Team - The highlight bars should be behind the names, not behind the paragraph text. On Services Page ... Add the following information from the Events Page to the Services page instead. Box 1 (upper left). Box 4 (lower right). A blurb about the community service performances of our sister company, AEC, non-profit can go here. Unfortunately, that website is the one that aol sold so we can't refer to that but I can put something together. Perhaps this can be a 'coming soon' until we get it together?
