This is an outsourcing project - you'll be working on one of a suite of educational games. It's a relatively small project - a splash page, a level select screen, and four levels which largely re-use the same graphics and mechanics.
The conceptual stage is complete (and I'm a Flash designer/programmer myself, so I know what I mean when I say that), so you'll purely be working on implementation. There is one slightly tricky area to code (a dynamic line-graphing component), but the rest is pretty ordinary, unchallenging stuff.
The graphics are static, but not all sourced yet - however, this won't be your job. There is a small amount of basic Photoshop recoloring/clipping of sprites, but not too much. There's no animation of any kind beyond super-basic Tweenlite-style color fades.
As this is an outsourcing project, and I'm going to need to modify this code later, it's vital that it's clear and well-commented. I'll need to be sent the fla on fairly regular occasions, and I'll be asking irritating "what does this bit do" questions, so good English is a must.
All bids should be accompanied by a portfolio which includes a comparable, completed project.
