I need a programmer for a hockey Manager game

My plan for the game is to get the basic type of sports management game with stats, simulated seasons and real time sim games, etc. My future goal is to have anywhere from 2 - 30 people in a server who can make trades and signings or draft selections as well as the rest in any manager sim. Also to port the game to XBOX and PS The goals for this project are as follows for now. - Players overalls (40-100) will have a value that adjusts as they grow or get worse (ex. young player hitting a milestone gets an overall boost while older players start to lose their overall more as the get anywhere older than 32) - A simulation of certain time selections (Game day, A week, month, or whole season) - simulate to next big event (such as midseason, playoffs, draft, or free agency, etc) - Ability to trade, for players to become free agents on a day and signings to take place based on a variable which is called greed (choosing a good team over the biggest offer) Just to run off some ideas I have. I can take care of the artwork and such. Too start off It WILL be a PC game. I've attached some reference photos of what I would like to be similar to but NOT COPY COMEPLETELY. Like an inspiration for the completed project. Also unless I can purchase the NHL & NHLPA licenses then names and teams will be named random things. Again looking for the simple stuff right now as my budget of course is nowhere near deserving of a finished product as of yet.
