REDESIGN MARKETING BROCHURE

We manage a shopping centre and we are looking for someone to modify our leasing brochure. We have many other business opportunities, but we are looking for someone who is very professional, quick and good value for money. We need the document modified and made to look very professional, like a magazine style. The brochure will be approx 4-8 pages. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Prefer indesign. Word, publisher or powerpoint would be ok, but needs to be very high quality.
