Develop Chrome Extension that allows you to save items on Amazon

I'd like a Chrome Extension developed that does the following: - Overlays a button on all [login to view URL] product pages - Allows user to press button to save item - Saved item will appear in Chrome extension dropdown - Calculate and display amount of all items in dropdown - Auto email weekly reports of items saved with Mailchimp/Mandrill to users - I'd also like a backend on a domain I own that will give basic analytics related to extension. That's a quick snapshot of the project. I have a more detailed write-up and mockups available for the right developer. Developer should be an expert in building Chrome Extensions with examples, front-end development, and should be very comfortable setting up auto emails with Mandrill. Thanks!
