Experienced Virtual Assistant in Publishing

I am a book publisher who is looking for a virtual assistant who can handle a variety of tasks, from comparing to research to editing to negotiation to designing and formatting. I am looking for an exceptional individual who has a vast array of skills, and is efficient while meeting deadline I have set and also help me stay on top of all of my obligations. Exceptional communication skills in communicating with talents. Ability to coordinate and oversee multiple projects without superivision. Candidate must be highly motivated and be able to assume a positive and active role even while working under potentially stressful situations. Your responsibilities: - Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs - Research using the Internet or other information databases - Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others -Selecting, editing and posting articles,submitting to search engines, SEO checking. -Draft, Research, compare based on my requirement - Email management -Research and Write short articles with the topics and bullet points provided. -Ability to seek and find talent for task given example: book cover designer, squeeze page designer, book page formatting designer, marketing tools designer, graphic designer and etc - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online -Candidate must have great social media/computer skills blog, YouTube, Facebook, email, Excel/spreadsheets, Microsoft Word (on a PC and Mac), - Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours Your qualifications: - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred In your detailed proposal, please outline all of the skills that you bring to the table.
