A5 Leaflet design fo Acountancy company

Hi, I am looking for a professional designer to create a clean, professional A5 double sided leaflet for an Accountancy company based in the UK. The designer that I require need to show he is professional and their work will need to be of the highest standard. I have already created the layout in InDesign cs4, and have placed the text to be used on the appropiate pages, what I need is someone who is capable of taking my simple layout and creating a masterpiece... 'Creativity is the key'. I do not have a large budget for this project and am only prepared to pay 15-20 USD. Please only bid if you can do the job for this rate!
