Logo Creation - Turn hand drawing into logo

Hi! I am looking for a logo for my up and coming clothing line for kids, Snuggaloo. I have a very specific idea of what I want in mind, however I am open to creative suggestions. I am looking for someone with strong artistic skills and graphic skills. I want the logo to be clean (lines), bright fun colours (rainbow but maybe not your typical rainbow combo....something bold and fun), and in the Kawaii style (if you don't know what that is...maybe Google it to see if you can make this happen....if you can't please do not reply....while flexible with other things, I am not with this). I have attached a rough (really rough) sketch of what I want. It's basically a cloud, with anime or Kawaii styled eyes in the middle. The creature's tail makes up the 's' in Snuggaloo. There are also some tufted ears poking out the top of the cloud. I am open to suggestions on what would look best for the tail, ears and eyes. I want the eyes to pop and the overall design must show that the creature is hidden... I need this the sooner the better, isn't that always the case? How I will pick... If you have any work reflecting the Kawaii or Anime style I am looking for, please include a link to it. Or if you have something similar int style, a link of that work. Must have a portfolio or examples of past work, must include logo design. Who can complete this design in the most timely fashion and for the fairest price. Must be able to be used for printing t-shirts, online and business cards. Thank you!
