I am looking to design a new logo based off of this image:

My company will be an IT company, so I would like the letters "IT" in place of the E. I would like the look of the letters to appear like the liquid metal E in the above image. I would also like the circular band going around the logo, but I would like there to be more white and less blue. Along the white I would like the name of my company, which is "Inspirada IT" in black lettering.
If you specialize in this type of graphical design and think you can meet these specifications than please post a bid and please include links to examples! I am more likely to go with someone who has examples of this type of 3D graphics / logos.
