The logo attached needs to be refined to look professional. The artwork needs to reflect a hand grabbing someone by the tie in order to get his attention. The tie needs to represent the letter "Y" in order to take the place of that letter in the logo for the [login to view URL] website. The sample logo attached shows an ok example of the idea, where the tie needs to more clearly represent the letter "Y". The logo can be in black and white or possibly in two colors.
