modify variation of existing logo

need you to modify this already existing logo. need to have 3 - 5 examples. project turn around time must be quick because we are running to a convention. The person applying must be able to communicate over the phone and speak clearly and also have skype account. The person applying must be able to work during eastern time zone U.S. and also be eccessable or have thorough communication. future projects may come with a qualified candidate.
