Bitcoin exchange

I need a simple website, check this site: [login to view URL] Basically it is a stock exchange for bitcoins WITHOUT REGISTRATION. The value of the current bitcoin sale is taken from here [login to view URL] trought its api or another similar site that offers an API to check the price IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and BTC (Bitcoins), plus our commission if we SELL bitcoins or less our echange fee from its value in IDR. We receive a bank transfer into our bank account and we process the transaction manually, for now, so when the customer buys he gets a receipt into his email with the instructions. We need the following functions: 1) add a minimum value to buy, and minimum and maximum value to SELL, configurable. 2) affiliation program, we configure a % to give each transaction to the registered affiliate. 3) stock of bitcoins, we need to put a maximum stock available, after that the sale is stopped we display message with email, register to know when there is availability 4) max buy, we need to configure the max bitcoins that we can buy, based on our IDR wallet. We need a site fully SEO compliant, maybe you can use wordpress for this, i would love if we can use it, because i know wordpress well. I have hosting, shared, and domain already, we start small but maybe we can grow. Design is provided.
