I'm looking to hire someone to develop a website for creating GIFs. GIFs will be created by posting urls from various website (Youtube/Vine/Vimeo and a few others) *Speed of the site AND GIF creation are VERY VERY IMPORTANT!* Gif creation: -Users will chose categories/tags for GIFs -Users will be able to pick duration of GIF / time from video to record gif -Create a page for GIFs (commenting ability / sharing ability + shortened URL) Site -Allow users to create accounts (via email/facebook/twitter). -Search function on the site to filter though GIFs -Organize GIFs by categories -Ability to display most popular gifs and filter by duration -Must be able to function on mobile! -Users will have a profile page that displays their GIFs they have created (simple page) -Logged in users are allowed to erase their own GIFs Backend CMS -Manage users / ban accounts -Ability for admin to erase posts -Basic stats (# of gifs created / users - per day / week / total)
