wordpress 3 page design

I need the following 3 pages redesigned for the sitemile project theme that i am using. 1-Register-login pages See attached picture ss12, we have somewhat close page to this (different than the original themes login page) but we want it finalized as in the picture. Minor details can be discussed with the project taker, its pretty self explanatory. register and login pages, both look similar. 2-User Profile Page see picture [login to view URL] . Users uploaded picture/avatar will be in a circle as in the example, his inputted name, location underneath. Social links if he has put in (the theme has ability to add custom fields for user profile,so no work there, they are done), just pull them from database and show up in the picture. When hovered over social icons, see picture social [login to view URL] . There is the pm button on upper right, when clicked a pop up similar to see [login to view URL] . Current inbox system works in a new page, see [login to view URL] . We dont need the editor in the pop-up pm box, file addition is necessary (the system allready works, jsut need to integrate). This is a fullwidth responsive page, under social icons we see 3 tabs. all the input in these tabs are allready in the theme workings, just need to seperate them to 3 tabs and maybe have them look a little bit better suiting to the general design, details are on ss12.png. 3-Blogroll page and blog inner pages. Refer to [login to view URL] anything similar to this, looking nice modern is fine (with the sidebars). details can be discussed along the process. I am professional working with designers, easy to work with, know what I want and give clear instructions. I also give importance to deadlines, things occur and there maybe small delays but please put realistic deadlines for yourself, dont say 3 days and drag it to 10 days. Time is important so I prefer people who can get instructions well, complete them with minor mistakes in a fast manner, and do the necessarry revisions of mistakes with the same attitude. I am online most of the day, so will be helpfull when needed with fast responses. Also every page of this site will be designed, so i will be happy to work with the designer/developer if I be happy with the results created. I will only pay milestones when the steps number 1-2 is finished, and finalize it when the 3rd is finished. thanks.
