Build membership website backend -- 2

I am going to be creating a word press website that connects sports fans to other sports fans. I will be doing all the graphic design and the website build. I need help with setting up the back end for the membership area. here is what it will need to do. 1- Allow member to join and create teams. 2- Allow members to talk to one another and in chat groups. 3- Allow members to register and rate locations ( an admin must approve the location) 4- that location should be checked for duplicates and merge if so. 5- Allow members to gain points for filling out profile, adding pictures, inputting game scores etc. 6- Allow sms text message in the US between the chat groups. 7- be able to add more features as we go.
