Please READ project (and scope below) in DETAIL before bidding. We are looking to create a web SaaS (very very mobile friendly) as a business calendar/contacts-CRM/expenses service. Our SaaS site needs to function well from all browsers including mobile (very responsive, basically looks like an app when in mobile browser). The SaaS will be a subscription model, so all users will need to purchase a monthly or yearly subscription in order to activate and use the service. We have built a full iOS app already that we will not use, but can be looked at for a "feature list" of how we would like the SaaS to function and look. Areas of our SaaS service include, and require you to develop: Calendar - much like iOS calendar (daily view, weekly and monthly) - ability to send an email (manually) that includes pertinent information as well as an iCal and Google calendar invite link Notes - full notes, much like iOS notes feature Contacts - full contact database - much like iOS contact - we will add some pieces of information to a contact such as tagging them with 'lead' 'prospect' 'client' as well as priority 'hight' 'med' 'low' - we will add ability to set follow up notifications directly from the contact (which creates an actual notification on the calendar) Business - income tracker - expense tracker - mileage tracker Admin area - for us to work within the back end of the site, allow for user administration etc User area - for user to update their settings, add or remove payment options, update their password, etc. Important to remember: 1. database must be future proof, example if we decide to make changes, updates or add features in a few months - the database must be able to accommodate the new feature without destructing the original and users losing their information. 2. all areas above work together as one system, for example in the calendar if a user sets up an event they can quickly add contacts to the event; or as above the ability to create a follow up notification that gets placed in the calendar.
