Cartoonish Cat Design for Gaming - budget around £40

I'm seeking a highly skilled graphic designer capable of drawing a playful, cartoonish cat for my game. You'll be tasked with: - Designing a cat in a cartoon style. Its a mobile game for phone is portrait mode. The aim of the game is to scratch the belly of a cat and make it purr and look happy. I want the cat as an SVG format. But i also want the parts of the as separate SVG models so i can move them around in my game. This means i need a svg for : The full cat Head Eyes Tail Mouth and nose 4 paws I will also need various positions for the cats. So i need a variety of eyes, mouths and tails. So i can change between them to make it look animated in the game. The positions of the cat are simple. The cat is fat and fluffy We want a happy looking cat laying on its back facing the camera, then as we scratch the cat by swiping on the phone its face will look happier, the eyes will close more and more and the facial features will look happier. The tail will move around more as it get happier. And i will move the paws around on the screen more as it gets happier. I DONT WANT CAT LEGS! just the paws. This will be a very 2d cat.
