We have a website create in [login to view URL], WEBGL and JAVA it has a interactive page built in JAVA with purple lines, we want someone to add the circle spinning component to the website so it works with our website when the user performs some actions. The animated component we need creating is the spinning circle at 13 seconds in this video - [login to view URL] Please have a look before you bid so you know you can create this. We want the circle to spin/animate only when the user does something on our website for example if the user clicks a purple line, so default spin will be very slowly and the when user clicks purple line it spins faster and then loads the next page. Another example could be when user types in text field to login the spin occurs etc. This is the basic idea and we can let you know all the points where on our website where we want the circle to spin faster when certain actions are done by the user. We may also want to vary the speed of the circle also. We will share details of our website with any serious bidders.
