JOB DESCRIPTION: given a set of PDF (or Autocad dwg) files, create a 3D massing and elevation study model that can be easily manipulated by others as the design is revised. This project can lead to further opportunities for the right candidate as we move forward to refine the design and as we work on other projects. Therefore, although experience with modeling materials and textures is not necessary for this project, it would be a plus. The model will include the following (each on separate layers as distinct object): - Site work - Concrete Slab (garage) - Crawlspace stem wall - 1st Floor Slab - 1st Floor Walls - 2nd Floor Slab - 2nd Floor Walls - Roof - All windows and doors to remain as openings in the walls for now. - No need for architectural details or materials/rendering for now.
