Create Template Designs for new Shopify website

We want about 12 templates done for the 12 pages we have and we want the same overall design as this website: [login to view URL] And then we want our order page template to look like this: [login to view URL] This is pretty straight forward we just want someone to design the templates according to what we want and to use the images we want and to put in text and dummy text for the places I want but using the exact same structure as the websites showcased. You must be available on Skype to talk through things in detail I want to work closely with the designer so I can share everything to them.
