Esp32 Board Modification

**Very Important Commercial Experience is a must for this Project, no current College students need apply due to previous experience with a failed attempt at this and alot of frustration – Seasoned engineers with up to date knowledge are preferred. I need someone who can work with me to complete this design and not just go off and develop it without input, I would like to be part of all decisions before they are put in place- I do have experience also, this is very important to me. Cost of components kept low as possible is important but also weighed up with the fact this board will need to be reliable, will be running all day and ideally will run for years without fault. Please Review Rev D Attached for Details. Alter an existing design in KiCad with additional components: • Remove unused components. Some advice/consultation required here as to the correct components -previous experience with MCU’s is essential. • Add AC-DC module or custom AC – DC Converter. 110-250VAC to 12VDC/5VDC and 3VDC. • A 12VDC supply may also be used to power the board via screw terminal. • ***Add lcd screen to board or compatible with arduino IDE. – This may be a separate module to be clipped onto this board and should be high quality led or lcd based. • 6 Screw Terminal connections for data lines to ESP32 pins, these should be 3v/5v/12V Dc powered and each or the 6 will require a ground and +V line configurable to 3/v/5v/12v Supply with configurable logic level converters for each also, if this can be done with one chip this is preferable but multiple options should be researched. • 3D Board and components Design with all components. • Generate layout, final design files and bom list for pcb production. Please only experienced circuit designers with kiCad experience , The current design is proven and these additions must work first time .
