Implementation of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) & Training

REQUIREMENT Work Package 1 Implementation of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) To consolidate, categorize, install and implement a user-friendly Electronic Documentation System (EDMS) for the documentation (Manuals* and Drawings) required. The contents of the EDMS will be hosted by a central server. The EDMS shall provide a systematic method for creating, capturing, categorizing, storing, locating and retrieving documents which facilitates the sharing and secure distribution of the documents to authorized users. The illustrations shall be of high quality, have zoom in and zoom out functions and conform to the requirements of the customer. The EDMS shall have the following features/functions: (a). Index and search for documents based upon text, date, numeric, formatted or list fields. (b). Save electronic file formats in system (eg. MS word, excel, dwg, pdf, ppt ... etc) (c). Export single or multiple documents (d).Grant/deny document viewing, editing and deletion based upon group or user accounts from Active Directory (e).Save identify and search for documents based upon document type (f).System and software must be hosted "in house" Find Attached file for more requirement.
