Menu Idea Handout + Healthy Snack Handout

We work with senior and disabled individuals, primarily in their home. I would like to have a great weekly menu plan of what to buy and eat when you cannot cook your own food, and basically limited to reheating (at the most) and totally prepared foods. While the ADA food pyramid is easy to find, I"m looking for something practical to give our clients and their families. I would also like a list of healthy snacks that require NO preparation and can be taken from the fridge or cupboard and eaten. And I want it to be food we all would consider eating. When I see the Meals on Wheel food delivered it is just gross even to look at and nothing I would purchase to eat. For this beginning project I'm not interested in special diets. If this project works out we will work on the next project. Please let me know if you need clarification. I would like this completed by a licensed nutritionist or dietitian. Thank you!
