I need a template created of the attached diagram. This will eventually be placed in a book and printed for use.

The copyright design attached will be used in an upcoming book as an illustration. It will also be the basis of an app as well as printed in executive journals (i.e. Moleskin type journals). This should be a quick project and very basic. I am looking for a design though that is memorable.
