replacement website for illustrator

Hello, I'm looking for someone to create a new website for my illustrations and film design work. I want this website to be modern in style and have the essentials such as a contact form and portfolio gallery. My current website doesn't work anymore and was mainly used for showcasing my portfolio about ten years ago, so this is the main purpose I'm looking for with the new website. It's important to me that the new website is user-friendly and visually appealing, while being able to adequately showcase my illustrations and designs. I can supply images and text for the components but need all the "working bits". And of course, I don't have a large budget and I need it NOW. Sorry. And it can't be a generic mashup. Sorry.
