I am looking for a freelancer to help me asap. I didn't have success on another project as the developer failed to deliver but collected the entire payment. I am looking for a site similar to car throttle, I have a potential lay out already, just need the functionality introduced. Scope is limited to only the blog component only and not the other pages.
