Project Description: I need a website to automatically bulk send WhatsApp messages. The bidder must suggest the solution which we shall meet the following criteria. 1. Allow the ability to upload contact lists via CSV , Vcard or Excel 2. Must have the ability to compare new uploaded phone numbers with old ones, and then delete duplicate phone number 3. The website must be able to automatically generate a long list of telephone numbers with a starting number and shall be able to verify whether or not numbers correspond to valid WhatsApp users. 4. It must have scheduling to send out WhatsApp messages. 5. Must separate and detect the phone numbers in contact lists to WhatsApp (determine if they have WhatsApp – if so, use WhatsApp, if not, do not send messages.) 6. Report interface must show how many phone numbers have WhatsApp, how many WhatsApp messages are successfully sent, and how many are unsuccessful, and how many have unsubscribed. 7. Must allow for a default and/or custom username/picture (same as other WhatsApp users) under which the messages are sent 8. Allow me to select all or individual contacts to send my message. 9. Allow attachment of at least 1 picture. 10. Must contain an unsubscribe function 11. Able to receive messages and send conditional replies via WhatsApp, text, or email
