WordPress theme w/members area

Design a basic wordpress theme using one home page and inner page and blog area that will use a subscription form for a subscribers area. Will be a full screen design with content area as in the design .png files. Once a subscriber is approved they will complete a form to select their subscription option (an html form and stripe code will be provided) Admin will approve the user to view content. The area will use members plugin to manage basic level blog or page content the admin will set as subscriber content. Subscribers will have a user login and password to login and view the content. Normal posts or pages will be normal. Front end wordpress theme should include the menu navigation listed below - with dropdown menu. the portfolio will be a gallery of images that open in a lightbox, sign in (see form) other blog posts (non subscriber posts) show as a normal blog would. Coders will be provided a development area and ftp and will work live on the server provided. Use bootstrap 3 for theme design so it's responsive. Enter the html code form in the admin to be viewed when the user is registered and approved. If approved - The subscriber will then be able to view subscription level (blog) content. All subscription content can be set by the members plugin and will be selected blog content posts by the admin. Provide an easy pop out newsletter form (e-mail) sign up that will go to one e-mail.
