I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Java. I want an enrollment system that is fully customizable. The students will login to a portal and then enroll their subjects. The registrar and oher university constituents will see and be able to process the enrollment. I'm willing to use existing apps but as I said, the system must be seamlessly and legally customizable.
