Tiny iPhone app required to find the phone's location and pass it into a URL in Safari

Hi. I'm brand new to iPhone development, and need a new iPhone application which, when launched: - Displays a greeting screen and contains a button 'find stuff near me' - When the button is pressed, the app requests the phone's location from the phone itself (which I assume will require the user to give permission to access this information) - The app then launches Safari with the location longitude/latitude in the URL somehow (let's say [login to view URL];lat=Y - The app then closes I'd need the source for this as well as the compiled app. Cheers
