help to FIX existing escort directory project

I had someone from GAF build me an escort directory. They did not do a good job and some things is not working. It is coded like I want it and seems to have a lot of features but simple things do not work like registration and changing admin passes or the rss feed I need someone to go over it and fix all the little problems. You should know how these directories work. I spent a lot of money on this project only to feel ripped off. I will not spend more money on this and have a very small budget. $100-200 If you think you can help resolve the issues please contact. I have a open time frame and I am not in a rush.
