I'm an expert in HTML CSS. I checked the pdf you've attached and I'm guessing this is a very simple task. I'm just waiting for you to share teamviewer partner ID/password and I can fix this within couple of hours! :-) Also, can you please let me know which browser you are using on both xp and windows 7 machines? i.e. are they chrome/IE/firefox? If IE, which version of IE, 7/8/9? I believe this issue is due to different versions of IE on both the machines.
