I am thinking a mobile first website using the foundation or bootstrap framework, optimized for small loading speed and size to minimize data transfer, using a parralax effect or two for media, and well styled content. a slide out menu of some kind. I would run this on a drupal or wordpress framework for easy content management and updating, but it can also be done as straight up html if you are comfortable with updating content through editing html files. I am from the west coast (Canada), and natively english.
