I am looking for somebody to build a web-based MERN content management application, that can meet the specific needs of my project. To ensure that the application is tailored to my requirements, I am looking for someone with strong experience in developing applications using MERN frameworks. (Do not ask me what is the project budget when I already have it down below) Scope of Work - Requirement doc attached. Read it! The objective of the RFP is to select a bidder who will design, develop a Web base application. Please review the project budget structure. Do not waste my time asking me what’s my budget. That means you did not read the requirement and I will clear you from bidding on the project. You must show past work and that you know how to do front and backend. Interface will utilize a Bootstrap framework library that we have selected and designed an interface prototype. The Bootstrap framework library will be provided along with access to the prototype interface code. Project completion: The project shall be completed by May 1st, 2023 Tech Stack: MERN MongoDB OpenAI (ChatGPT) Framework: Bootstrap Architecture AWS – Developer will be responsible to make sure the application works in the Client environment. Programming Language: HTML5 Java Script/jQuery CSS Actors: Pivitle Admin/Users Pivitle Customers Project Budget The project will be handled in milestones. Money will be allocated when milestone is completed.
