Zoho Email Survey

ZOHO EMAIL SURVEY: - We need a Zoho template for an inline / embedded email survey. - The respondents must be able to do the survey in the email without being re-directed to a website - We want to ask a question and give from 2 to 5 replies to choose from with a radio button - He must be able to change his mind and pick a different radio button until he is ready to submit - The responder must then click the [SUBMIT & SEE WHAT OTHERS VOTED] button and be shown the percentage breakdown and a graph of how others voted - We then want to redirect the respondent to our own webpage to display a THANK YOU letter and a few options to explore our website - The responder may only vote once unless he forwarded the survey to a friend who can only vote once - We need a template only where our in-house designer (who is fast learning to use Zoho) can change the artwork, themes, questions, and answers and send a new one once a week, with your help if need be. The RESULTS DATA: - We need to automatically or manually be able to download the survey results for each survey, to build a LOCAL log in Google Sheets or similar, of the survey results (votes) and ideally listing: o The survey ID (a number or name of the survey he responded to) o Who responded (His email address) o His IP address (to tell the country and city he is from) o His vote (a number from 1 to 5) o A date and time stamp of when he responded The EMAIL SERVICE: - We are currently a paid subscriber and user of Zoho (for the Survey) and Mail Blaze (as our Email service)
