Need a graphic vector artist, doing realistic image (looks real, photographic quality) designs.

I need to design a catalog of 100 or so original designs over the course of a year or so. I am looking for someone who is pretty diverse as topics range broadly. Horror, demons, mythical gods, monsters, aliens, zombies, goblins, fairies, angels, animae, goth, dragons, sea serpents, vikings... you name it. I need vector drawings so they can be adjusted in size without resolution loss. I am looking for high definition/detail in the designs, good use of foreground, back ground, lighting etc... Would very much prefer to be more on the side of almost to hyper realistic than cartoonish. ( well except the Animae etc... that needs that.) I am uploading an old album cover. 1984 Mercyful Fate "Dont Break The Oath" Hand painted originally. I love: the layout (in close, no body) center twisted horns (HONESTLY LIKELY THE COOLEST PART.) Hallow head (white hot inside) Skull has furrowed eye ridges lending to expression in the face... (live skull vs dead) Covered in flame ears and hand. I would like this to be an original work, based on this cover. No clipping, photoshop, borrowing (stealing) his and modifying. I would like to see: original skull shape, with similar horn layout. (horns can be twisted, textured, colored or positioned (slightly) devil ears good. Hand good, again different is desired, but want a devil hand still with long nails. finger position is up to you, The flame i would like to see much more intense and liquid looking. As if it crashes over him in [login to view URL] and flow pattern is up to you. You can: do a version with a scyth in the middle ground as if he is leaning forward exposing his face from the flames and resting some of his bodyweight on the shaft held by the opposite hand. show more or less of his skull if you think its cooler that way texture the skull, his hand ..
