Hi, I am looking at doing an event at a private residence in Point Piper to launch a new brand Fiji Kava on on September 28th, Friday. We are doing presentations and look to book Fijian dancers/ musicians. We want to design the place so it can have a bit of Fijian feel to it – grassy, hut, islander type feel – perhaps a cocktail bar etc. Design students (interior) or event/party designers are preferred. The event is on September 28 at 4pm but the designer may wish to decorate the day before – which wouldn’t be an issue. The area in question is down by the pool – on the harbor. (picture attached)
