Sales promotional website

I am looking to start a website that offers a service to large businesses providing a promotional incentive for their sales staff as well as customers. The customer will receive an ADMIN Logon to our website and from their he can manage his employees registrations. The customer can run many different promotions at his work. For example providing their employees X amount of points for X amount of dollar value orders entered for new product. The employee can then redeem the points for all kinds of different product on the login website. Breakdown: 1. Company ABC wants to run a promotion for their new line of product X. They contact us and we set them with an ADMIN login for company ABC. 2. Company ABC then distributes this login page their sales staff to create a login etc. 3. The sales staff sells Product X to a customer that was not sold before and enters a submission into our website which the Admin from Company ABC needs to approve or reject. The submission can show the $ value of the order, the customer name, the order# etc. The required information for submission may be different for each customer so we will need to make this easy to modify. 4. Once approved the sales staff has an approved amount of points which can be redeemed right there and then for product. The ordering of the product is still to be determined but it will be linked to various drop shipping companies through us. Required features: 1. High level of security. 2. The admin login can be either through a link from our website or can be linked to the customer's website. 3. Easily be able to upload a company banner / logo into the Admin page. 4. Detailed reports to be exported by the company admins only. 5. Very simple, easy, user friendly admin pages etc. If this is something you can do please let me know. I would prefer if you have already done something like this in the past. Please let me know if you have and what the website is so I can compare.
