1.000 Facebook likes for belgian based company

Hi, We're looking for a facebook specialist. We want 1000 likes on our page. All likes must be real human no bots or fake profile. Likes MUST come from REAL people living in the DUTCH speaking part of BELGIUM. After job the is done I'll test how many people open, see and like page status. The payment will be done after I've tested the page and results are positive !, I need to know the time frame you can accomplish the task in (awarding the project is not based on how quickly, but the fact you get it done without getting our page shut down).
