Requirements: * All Subscribers must be REAL accounts that comment on videos, rate, etc. - THAT MEANS TARGETED! * All Subscribers must be active accounts with friends. * 70% of Subscribers should be from Netherlands or Belgium * You must not add the Subscribers in a way that will get the page banned or suspended- otherwise no pay!
