Lead Gen Traffic

Developing campaigns to drive traffic to the site(s) we create urging people to sign up. This is going to include many different items including but not limited to email marketing, determining email lists to target, social marketing (pinterest, linkedin, facebook, twitter, etc.) along with SEO work on the site or sites we produce with the capture code. This will require set up to begin with and likely an ongoing component to keep driving traffic to our site(s). Upon project completion you will need to provide the steps taken to accomplish the project and full documentation in case someone else needs to understand how this was designed. What I want from you if you wish to bid on this project is the following:  Total fixed cost for the project –  Time to Complete (range in hours) –  Monthly maintenance cost –  A descriptive dialog on what you plan to do to achieve our goals on this project – This project is going to depend on YOUR talent to drive traffic, do SEO work on the website we put together, etc. so we are looking for a formal proposal showing exactly what the plan is to start, what the set up cost is and how much it will cost to maintain monthly. It is a work in progress and as we go I am sure things will change. Budgets will increase and decrease depending on how effective we are. We would like to keep the cost down to start, but as it progresses we should be able to increase our budget for this if needed. Perhaps you will do such a great job we can generate all leads organically without having to pay for things like Google Adwords, etc. Again, we will base the award of this project on your capabilities and the ability to get across to us what the plan is. If you have done this before, in the mortgage or another industry, and could give us a few references, that would be great as well. NOTE – If we add anything new to the project while in process, that would be a change order and you can bill extra for that, but you must state what those additional charges are when the change order is requested. Monthly maintenance should be fixed as well to start, but as we go forward we may opt to add or remove tasks being done to drive traffic and that will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
