Good Evening Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tender my services for your project. I have a wide range of sales and marketing abilities including sales on Ebay for which I have been a customer for over 12 years now. I have strong communication and organisational skills and over six years experience in customer services I try to assist and deal with customers to the best of my ability and find that even in cases where things don’t go to plan keeping them updated avoids surprises and minimises potential conflict.
